Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea.

Always being curious & enthusiastic about food and had led me to chase my dream of being a Chef.

Happened to intern at Grand Hyatt Seoul. Provided an experience that changed my perspective about this industry as well as motivated me to chase excellence above success. Thus following my dreams & my passion, I reached The  Culinary Institute of America, where I am currently pursuing my Associate's in Culinary Arts, and where I  further  plan to learn & explore, various Global cuisines, cultures & traditions.

After graduating from the world's most reputed culinary school, I plan to apply all my knowledge that I have gained throughout years of studies, for the betterment of this diverse & dynamic industry, by creating new horizons for food service & experience.
