My Goals & Future
My immediate short term goal is to learn about American food culture, by exploring the near by markets, restaurants & wineries. Apart from that, I also would like to find an externship from June 2016- October 2016, for 15 consecutive weeks, at a fine dine restaurant. As it would help me to develop my skills in this career, as well as provide an opportunity to learn, how to adopt and sustain such ethnic cuisine in this diverse food market.
My future goal, after graduation is to work under various influential chefs, as well as to travel & explore various countries, and learn about their food, culture, people & traditions. Using this knowledge, I further plan to open up my own restaurant that would portray Korean food as a global influence.
